海欣食品股份有限公司是一家具有百年历史传承的国家农业产业化重点龙头企业。近年来,公司逐步形成了以速冻鱼糜制品系列产品为核心,兼顾速冻肉制品等其他速冻食品的整体业务体系,并完善了鱼糜及鱼糜制品深加工和销售的产业格局;近三年累计纳税2.2亿元。

公司“海欣”品牌创立于1903年,曾荣获“中国名牌产品”称号。近十年来,公司致力于用现代科技改造传统海产品加工业,将先进的食品工程技术、生物技术应用于海洋水产品的精深和高值化加工方面并取得突出成绩,拥有多项自主创新的发明专利技术。公司先后获得“中国改革开放30年中华老字号传承创新优秀企业”、“高新技术企业”、“福州市现代农业技术创新基地” 、“全国农产品加工业示范企业”和“国家鱼糜制品加工技术研发分中心”等认定;2011年,公司发起并参与了行业标准《肉丸》(SB/T 10610-2011)的制定。

目前,公司在福州金山、浙江舟山、漳州东山和浙江嘉兴设有四个合计占地200多亩的生产基地,完成了从原料鱼采购加工到鱼糜制品研发制造的产业链搭建,建立了以ISO9001质量管理体系认证、HACCP食品安全管理体系为基础的生产自动化、工艺标准化、品质控制规范化的制度化控制流程,实现了从采购、生产到销售全程密集的质量检验与控制,确保产品在每个环节都能符合食品安全卫生的严格要求。公司因此荣获“福州市产品质量奖”、“福建省质量管理先进企业” 和“中国食品行业质量放心品牌”等荣誉称号。海欣旗下拥有海欣和鱼极两大品牌,其中鱼极定位高端鱼肉美食,满足消费者高品质的需求。2015年,海欣品类创新,延伸冻品鱼肉制品到常温即食休闲食品市场,使产品线更加丰富。

在销售方面,公司北京、沈阳、上海、广州、南京、武汉、成都等地设立了七家销售子公司,通过八个营销大区构建,形成了覆盖全国除台湾、西藏的销售网络。公司在与家乐福、麦德龙、沃尔玛等1500多家大型超市建立供货合作关系外,还与全国各地400多家农贸分销商建立长期合作关系;截止2014年上半年,全国销售渠道建设总网点数超过17,000家。

Haixin Foods Co.,Ltd.is a national key leading enterprise of agricultural industrialization with a history of 100 years.In recent years,Haixin has gradually formed a overall business system with quick frozen minced-fish series of products as the core,and balanced with other quick frozen foods including quick frozen meat.Haixin perfects the industrial pattern of deep processing and sales of minced fish and minced-fish products.Over the past three years,Haixin has payed a total tax of 220 million yuan.

Set up in 1903,the trademark of Haixin was awarded the title of“China’s Famous-Brand Product”.In the last decade,Haixin has been committed to the transformation of marine-product-processing industry with modern science and technology.Haixin applies advanced technology of food engineering and biotechnology to the delicate and high-value processing of marine aquatic product,and makes several prominent achievements including the ownership of some patent for invention with self-independent innovation.Haixin has successively won the titles of“Excellent Inheritance-and-Innovation Enterprise with China’s Time-Honored Brand in the last 30 Years after China’s Reform and Opening-up”,“New High-tech Enterprise”, “Fuzhou’s Innovation Base of Modern Agricultural Technology”、“National Exemplary Enterprise in Agricultural-Product Processing Industry”and“National Research and Development Branch Center for Minced-Fish-Product Processing Technology”.In 2011,Haixin initiated and participated in the industrial standard “Meatball”(SB/T10610-2011).

Haixin now has Jinshan of Fuzhou,Zhoushan and Jiaxing of Zhejiang,and Dongshan of Zhangzhou as its four production bases, with a total area of more than 13.34 hectares.Haixin has completed the establishment of industrial chain from the procurement and processing of raw material to the research,development and manufacture of minced-fish product.Based on ISO9001 Quality Management System Certification and HACCP Food Safety Management System,Haixin has established institutionalized control-process of production automation,technological standardization and quality-control normalization.Haixin has realized intensive quality inspection and control throughout procurement,production and sales,ensuring that products can conform to the strict requirement of food safety and sanitation in every link of production.Hence,Haixin was awarded some honorary titles,such as“Prize for Quality of Fuzhou’s Product”,“Advanced Quality-Management Enterprise of Fujian Province”and“Quality-Assured Brand in China’s Foods Industry”.Haixin owns the two brands of Haixin and Yuji,positioning Yuji as its top-end fish-meat products to meet the high-quality requirement of consumers.In 2015,Haixin innovated its product category,and developed more abundant product line by extending its market from frozen fish meat to normal-temperature instant snack food.

In terms of sales, Haixin has founded 7 sales subsidiaries respectively in Beijing,Shenyang,Shanghai,Guangzhou,Nanjing,Wuhan and Chengdu,established 8 marketing regions,and formed a nationwide sales network except Taiwan and Tibet.In addition to building supply-cooperation relationships with 1500 hypermarkets,such as Carrefour,Metro and Wal-Mart,Haixin has also established long-term cooperative relationships with more than 400 distributors of agricultural trade throughout China.As of the first half of 2014, more than 17000 distribution channels have been set up in China.

For the future development,under the continued guidance of the management idea of“Creating healthy foods,initiating a high-quality life”and the enterprise culture of“Making perfection more perfect”,Haixin will rely on the policy guidelines of National Marine Economic Development Program,base on the industrial strength of marine economic belt,surround the marine industry of delicate products,view the guidance of the development of the industry as its own responsibility,set up a famous brand for Chinese fish-meat product,and make Haixin’s marine undertaking stronger and larger!
